    For 49 hours, the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ (Âé¶¹´«Ã½) community united in an extraordinary show of support for the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Fairbanks, Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Anchorage and Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Southeast. Because of the generosity of more than 2,500 of Âé¶¹´«Ã½'s alumni and friends, over $1.3 million was raised during Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Giving Day.

Proposals will be accepted from faculty members in business and finance within the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ system. The professorship allows for a Âé¶¹´«Ã½ faculty member to extend and expand Âé¶¹´«Ã½â€™s business and finance research and outreach activities throughout Alaska.

    Fairbanks, AK - Scientists within the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ System (Âé¶¹´«Ã½F, Âé¶¹´«Ã½A, Âé¶¹´«Ã½S), including graduate students and faculty members, are invited to apply for the Angus Gavin Memorial Migratory Bird Research Grant (Gavin Grant). Applications may be submitted through Friday, January 17, for 2025 field season proposals. The selection committee will make award selections between $15,000 - $30,000 for one or more applicants.
