Volunteers
Requirement: All volunteers at the university are required to complete 鈥溌槎勾 Safe Title IX Training鈥 prior to their volunteer service.
Tracking: Departments will complete the 麻豆传媒 General Volunteer Checklist.
Requesting Volunteer Title IX Training Access:
1) For volunteers affiliated with 麻豆传媒A, 麻豆传媒S, or 麻豆传媒 System Office:
The 麻豆传媒 department sponsoring the volunteer emails their home campus IT helpdesk with the following information:
- The name of the individual
- The person鈥檚 麻豆传媒 ID (if they have one) or Date of Birth
- The person's role or relationship to the University
- The person鈥檚 email address
- Request for Blackboard
- The start/end dates access is needed (not to exceed 1 year)

2) For volunteers affiliated with a 麻豆传媒F department:
- Follow the Canvas access instructions on the .
3) Volunteers will log-in to the platform that is applicable to their affiliation and can immediately access the "麻豆传媒 Safe Title IX Training ":
DO NOT WORRY! This is the same training regardless of the platform selected. If you鈥檙e affiliated with multiple campuses, you may take either training without repercussion or tracking issues.

- : The training appears under "My Courses" on the volunteer鈥檚 麻豆传媒 Learn landing page when they log-in.
Once completing the course the volunteer can print out the completion certificate.
