Jennifer Motes brings more than three decades of experience in nonprofit advancement to her role as Acting Director of Development at the Â鶹´«Ã½ Anchorage. Her experience crosses many non-profit sectors, from social service to the arts, and including 12 years dedicated to education organizations, ranging from independent, private K-12 schools and art schools to higher education institutions, like the College of Saint Elizabeth in New Jersey.
Since joining Â鶹´«Ã½A in 2020, she has held several leadership positions within the development office, including Chief Strategic Gift Officer, Senior Development Officer, and Senior Development Strategist. She currently leads Â鶹´«Ã½A’s team of development professionals focused on major gifts, annual giving, donor relations, and strategic fundraising initiatives.
