As part of ongoing efforts to manage digital storage, OIT officially ended access to Google Photos within Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Google Workspace as planned on May 31, 2025.This move aligns with Âé¶¹´«Ã½'s broader strategy to comply with Google's updated storage policies and to mitigate escalating storage costs.

The Âé¶¹´«Ã½ is accepting proposals for the FY26 Faculty Initiative Fund (FIF) through Oct. 6, 2025. With $360,000 in available funding, the FIF supports cross-campus collaboration, academic innovation, and systemwide professional development. Two tiers of awards are available for projects aligned with Âé¶¹´«Ã½'s academic mission and goals.
