Trail Access Land Use Permit Public Notice

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Â鶹´«Ã½ Land Management Office (Â鶹´«Ã½LM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan to issue a land use permit impacting Â鶹´«Ã½ land.

Parties interested in commenting on this disposal plan must submit written comments to Â鶹´«Ã½LM by fax at (907)786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below by no later than 5:00 P.M. on Friday, August 22, 2025, to be considered.

Disposal Plan

The Â鶹´«Ã½ (University) intends to issue a land use permit authorizing the use of motorized vehicles across undeveloped land in the Nordale Road area east of Fairbanks, Alaska. The permit term is expected to be five years.

This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcel.
