An update on the Â鶹´«Ã½ Anchorage chancellor search

The Â鶹´«Ã½A Chancellor Selection Committee recently shared the attributes under consideration for selecting the next Â鶹´«Ã½A Chancellor. The attributes and other information can be found at /pres/uaa-chancellor/index.php.

Members of the Â鶹´«Ã½A community were asked to provide feedback on this list via a feedback form that closed on Feb. 17. 

The committee plans to post the final prospectus on the web page next week. The Â鶹´«Ã½A chancellor search website will be regularly updated with more information. 

President Pitney intends to name a Chancellor for the Â鶹´«Ã½ Anchorage by the end of April 2021. That appointment will be made in consultation with the Â鶹´«Ã½ Board of Regents and in accordance with Â鶹´«Ã½ policies, procedures, and regulations.
