Upgrade in 鶹ýOnline Impacting student Authorized Viewers (Proxies)

On Monday, July 28, 2025, an upgrade to 鶹ýOnline will occur, which will have the following impacts for students who have or would like to set up authorized viewers (formerly known as proxies) to view their 鶹ýOnline information:
What has changed?
- Reference to “proxy” will be changed to “authorized viewer.”
- Some of the 鶹ýOnline pages have changed to reflect the upgrade. If you have set up authorized viewers (proxies), please log in after July 28 and review the settings for your authorized viewer. Make sure that you have assigned to their account the correct pages you want them to see.
- The link your authorized viewer uses to log in to 鶹ýOnline will be updated. Please direct them to the new link on the 鶹ýOnline login page.
What stays the same?
- You may navigate to the “Authorized Viewer” page to manage permissions through the same method as you do now:
- A link in the Student Profile under the “Additional Links” section.
- Click on the “Authorized Viewer” link in the 4-square menu.
- Navigate to the My Profile page and click the “Authorized Viewer” tile.
