Important Messages from The Payroll Team
The Â鶹´«Ã½ HR Payroll team has shared important items for all employees to be aware of.
Please take a moment to review these notices and communicate key points with your team members to help ensure all payroll processes are completed accurately and without errors.
Faculty using FTO in R15 2025
Faculty need to submit their FTO via paper timesheet so payroll can apply the leave
usage to the correct fiscal year (FY25 or FY26) because of the split payroll.
Annual Leave Cash-Ins and FTO Cash-Ins cannot be processed in R15 2025
If you submitted a request during this time frame, payroll will process the request
the week of July 28, 2025, and it will be paid out in R16 2025 on August 8, 2025.
Employees must be in an active work status in order to receive the payment.
Employees and HR Coordinators should check Â鶹´«Ã½Online on Pay Week Monday through early
Tuesday morning to ensure they received their paycheck
If an employee doesn’t see a direct deposit or pay stub after payroll processed, most
likely they did not get paid. In such cases, employees should check with their supervisor
or HRC to see what the next step should be to get included in the Tuesday adjustment
run that pays out that same Friday.
WTE timesheets left in any error status do not come forward in the time feed from
Â鶹´«Ã½Online into Banner
If an employee did not submit a paper timesheet to account for timesheets left in
error statuses after Tuesday night, please have them submit one ASAP.
